All of our conversions are tested with Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Safari, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer as well as the infamous Internet Explorer 6.
Do your conversions meet accessibility standards?
All our conversions meet the WCAG (AA – 2.0) standards. As these are an essential part of the Australian Web Awards guidelines, we ensure that your conversion will be competition worthy.
I have rollovers/hover states for my buttons – how do I include this?
Make sure you have the rollover/hover state present in your design file. Also, please mention this in the “Additional Comments” field prior to ordering.
I have a dropdown menu, will this be part of the conversion?
Our conversion includes a basic, three level navigation. If you have something more fancy which would require the use of JavaScript, please get in contact with us for a custom quote.
What file format should I send you?
We cater for most design formats, including: PSD, IND, JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI, TIFF, EPS and much more. If you are unsure please let us know.
How will my files be delivered?
Once conversion is completed and we are satisfied with the result, we will package the code in a professional manner using a clear structure. Learn more.
I don't have a PayPal account, only a credit card. How do I pay?
No problem, PayPal also accepts all major credit and debit cards. All you have to do is enter your credit card details and complete the order.
I don't want my client to know I outsource!

Does the conversion include printer friendly components?
By default we do not code your websites to be printer friendly, though upon request we will do it free of charge.
Can I customise code and CSS for future changes?
Of course you can - our mark-up is not locked or encrypted, so you have 100% authority to customise the code.
Can you recode an existing site to meet web standards?
Yes, we can! Just supply your existing mark-up and we will do our magic to make it meet W3C standards. This is considered a custom job, please contact us prior.
Do you develop iPhone Applications?
We currently do front-end (iPhone web) conversions. We can also refer you to iPhone application agencies we recommend highly.
Will the iPhone conversion work on other mobiles?
By default we will setup a handheld detection script to work only for the iPhone, unless specified otherwise, in which case it can work on other mobiles though some functionality will be absent (e.g. transition effects).
Can I have more than one different transition effect?
By default we will setup only one preferred transition effect, unless specified otherwise, in which case we can set it up to have other effects as well.
Will it take long to load an iPhone website?
It will not take long at all - our code and image optimisation will be of the smallest possible file size without sacrificing the quality. In the end, it really depends on your hosting speeds.
Will the mobile conversion work on the iPhone?
By default we will setup a handheld detection script to work on all major handheld devices, including the iPhone, but this will not include iPhone transition effects. Learn more about this service separately.
Will my mobile website look different on other mobile devices?
We base our mobile conversion on current trends and widely used dimensions, which enables us to reach a larger market of mobile users.
Why can’t I have text replacement for my mobile website?
By default we do not offer text replacement for generic handheld mobiles, as some devices do not support JavaScript. However, upon request we can implement text replacement as well as having a fallback method so all your text is still visible. Please contact us for a custom quote.
